Platinum is designed for women who are already operating at a senior level. To qualify, you generally need one of the following:

• Founder or CEO with $1M+ in annual revenue or meaningful venture backing
• C-Suite, Partner, or board member at an organization with 500+ employees
• VP, SVP, EVP, GM, or Head of with 10+ years of senior experience

We also look beyond titles for discretion, a willingness to contribute, and values alignment — collaboration over competition.

Every application is reviewed by the Monday Girl team. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Application review. We look at your application, LinkedIn, and company background to assess seniority, scope, and fit.

Step 2: Interview. If you look like a fit on paper, we'll schedule a call. It's a conversation to understand what you're building, what you need, and whether the room is right for you.

Step 3: Decision. If approved, you'll receive an invite and payment link. Founding cohort opens September 2026. Space is capped.
