So, we tried the usual routes: reaching out on LinkedIn (and getting no responses) and attending traditional networking events (that felt male-dominated and boring).

We quickly found that connecting with ambitious, like-minded women who could offer real, relatable career advice was harder than we thought. Recognizing the gap, we decided to create a solution: Monday Girl.

Monday Girl is the first-of-its-kind digital networking platform in North America, made for women, by women. It’s a private membership and a weekly newsletter that’s revolutionizing how women build their networks.
