About Monday Girl

Monday Girl is the leading platform helping ambitious women build meaningful professional connections through curated networking events, executive coaching, and community-driven programming. We’re active in Toronto, NYC, Chicago, and San Francisco - and scaling quickly.

We’re rethinking what it means to build your network in today’s world: smart, intentional, and designed for how women actually work.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Business Development & Partnerships Intern to help grow our presence and partner network across North America.

This role is ideal for someone who’s equal parts business-minded and culturally fluent. You know what venues are trending in major cities throughout North America, you have a gut feel for brand alignment, and you can draft a cold email that actually gets a response. You’re a resourceful operator who sees the world through a win-win lens and you follow through fast.

You’ll work directly with our team to drive outreach, close venue and brand partnerships, and plan and support high-quality events in our top cities.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and pitch culturally relevant venues across Toronto, NYC, Chicago, and SF

  • Own outreach to venues and brands end-to-end: prospecting, emails, follow-ups, and calls

  • Build custom pitch decks and proposals that reflect Monday Girl’s brand and audience

  • Help coordinate logistics for events and summits across multiple cities

  • Be on-site at Toronto events to support check-in, setup, and member experience

  • Stay tapped into culture and trends - know what’s buzzing and where our audience actually wants to be

  • Think like a business owner - every partnership should deliver clear value to both sides

Who You Are

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business, Marketing, or Communications program

  • Highly organized, proactive, and motivated to move quickly

  • Naturally plugged into what’s trending across lifestyle, hospitality, and brand culture

  • A strong communicator - confident writing cold emails, handling follow-ups, and building relationships

  • Commercial thinker who understands both brand and business value

  • Based in Toronto and available for in-person event support when needed

What You’ll Gain

  • Experience driving partnerships and business development across major North American cities

  • Exposure to high-growth startup operations, event planning, and deal execution

  • Career mentorship from the Monday Girl team

  • A front-row seat to how a culturally relevant, community-led brand scales
