Position Overview
We’re seeking a resourceful, hands-on Senior Social Media Manager who thrives in a role where they have the creative autonomy to oversee all aspects of Monday Girl’s social media presence. In this role, you’ll shape and represent our brand voice across channels, engage our community, and produce platform-specific, high-quality content. From ideation and on-camera engagement to video editing and analytics, this role will allow you to make a meaningful impact on our mission and community.
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Monday Girl’s mission and growth goals.
Produce and manage high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, with strong on-camera presence and storytelling.
Edit videos and tailor content to each platform using tools like Capcut and in-app editors on TikTok and Instagram for maximum engagement.
Act as an on-camera representative for Monday Girl, creating authentic and relatable content that resonates with our community.
Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions, fostering an inclusive and connected online space.
Track and analyze social media metrics to provide regular insights, refining strategies to drive growth and engagement.
Stay up-to-date on social media best practices, platform innovations, and trends to keep Monday Girl’s presence fresh and relevant.
Collaborate with internal teams to amplify partnerships, events, and product launches.
Build and manage influencer and brand collaborations that align with Monday Girl’s mission and audience.
Own the social media and editorial content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing campaign themes and goals.
4+ years of experience in social media management, with demonstrated skills in video editing and on-camera content creation.
Proficient in social media editing tools (e.g., Capcut, TikTok, Instagram) with experience tailoring content to platform-specific best practices.
Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong eye for maintaining brand voice and storytelling.
Strong understanding of social media metrics, reporting, and analytics for data-informed decision-making.
Highly adaptable and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and independently manage multiple aspects of social media.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later) is a bonus.
Passionate about engaging with Gen-Z and Millennial audiences, with insight into trends, subcultures, and emerging content practices.

Create a 30-45 second TikTok video that introduces Monday Girl’s mission and invites viewers to join our community.
