Duration: 3 - 4 months
Contract: Full-time
Monday Girl is the leading platform helping ambitious women build meaningful professional connections through curated networking events, executive coaching, and community-driven programming. We’re active in Toronto, NYC, Chicago, and San Francisco - and scaling quickly.
We’re rethinking what it means to build your network in today’s world: smart, intentional, and designed for how women actually work.
We’re hiring a Marketing Intern to help bring our brand and partner campaigns to life across North America.
This role is ideal for someone who’s equal parts detail-oriented and creative. You can keep campaign timelines tight, make partner assets shine, and spot the small details that elevate a brand experience. You’re a resourceful operator who thrives on organization, clear communication, and moving projects across the finish line.
You’ll work directly with our team to support end-to-end campaign execution, from building event pages and marketing toolkits, to coordinating partner deliverables, to pulling the data and stories that prove impact.
Campaign Execution
Support the end-to-end rollout of brand and partner marketing campaigns (timeline management, asset coordination, QA, reporting).
Coordinate deliverables across internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure campaigns launch on time and on-brand.
Event & Partner Marketing
Help build campaign toolkits (event invites, landing pages, one-pagers, recap decks).
Manage RSVP tracking and partner reporting, pulling metrics and testimonials post-event.
Assist in capturing event content (photos, quotes, testimonials) for partner recaps and social extensions.
Content & Collateral
Draft copy for event pages, partner emails, and campaign materials.
Ensure all partner assets align with Monday Girl’s brand voice and style standards.
Research & Insights
Research relevant benchmarks, competitor campaigns, and industry best practices to inform activations.
Track campaign performance and prepare reporting for partners with clear insights and recommendations.
Operations & Admin
Maintain campaign trackers and dashboards with timelines, asset status, and key deliverables.
Provide administrative support for partner calls, agendas, and follow-ups.
Strong writing and editing skills; you can make copy punchy, precise, and on-brand
Working knowledge of social platforms and what performs well on each
Basic design instincts; comfortable in Canva and template-driven asset creation
Curiosity about marketing analytics (UTMs, CTR, retention, content tests)
Bias to action; you learn, and iterate quickly
Attention to detail, strong organization habits and reliable time management
How a modern membership brand markets across social, email, and IRL activations
Content testing frameworks, channel dashboards, and campaign retros
Partner marketing with category-leading brands (CPG, tech, finance, lifestyle)
Editorial standards for a high-engagement newsletter (50k+ subscribers)
Currently enrolled in or recent grad from a marketing/communications/business or related program
Able to work 40 hours/week during business hours in ET time zones
Authorized to work in Canada/US and available for hybrid/remote work
While much of the role can be completed remotely, you’ll be required to commute for in-person programming and meetings in Toronto.
We get hundreds of applications. Most are boring. Don't be boring.
Monday Girl has 2,000 people on the waitlist. Your job: Convert 500 of them to paid members ($250 USD/year) in the next 30 days. Budget: $1,000.
Show us how you'd do it.
Submit your strategy (150 words max) + the actual assets/content you'd create to execute it. This could be social posts, email sequences, ad creative, video scripts, landing page copy, referral mechanics, a full content calendar, or something we didn't think of. Get creative with format - vibe-coded slideshow, TikTok, Figma design, Notion page, whatever makes your idea clear.
Then tell us: What metrics matter? How will you know if this is working? How will you know when to pivot?
Ideas that feel fresh and specific to Monday Girl (not generic growth tactics). Understanding of what makes someone convert from waitlist to paid. Scrappy, resourceful thinking with $1K. Actual creative execution - show us the real assets, not just descriptions. Strategic thinking across channels. Metrics fluency beyond vanity numbers.
AI-generated submissions (we can tell). Ideas that could work for any company. "Run Meta ads" with no creative strategy. Plans with no actual execution. Picking "impressions" or "reach" as metrics. Corporate or templated anything.
The best applications aren't from people with the best resumes. They're from people who actually understand what Monday Girl is about, have opinions, can execute, and make us want to hire them immediately.
