As we grow, we're looking for a Junior Account Manager who’s eager to learn, works quickly, and has a passion for delivering top-notch client campaigns.
The Role:
This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is hungry to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll work closely with our clients to execute social media, newsletter, and event campaigns that make an impact. You'll get hands-on experience managing relationships, creating content strategies, and helping bring exciting events to life, all while learning the ropes of account management.
Campaign Support: Help manage integrated campaigns across social media, email newsletters, and events, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Client Communication: Assist in maintaining strong communication with clients, keeping them informed at every stage of the campaign.
Content Collaboration: Work with our content team to create engaging social media and newsletter content that aligns with client goals.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events by coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Reporting & Learning: Gather data from social media, newsletters, and events to create reports that offer insights and identify opportunities for improvement.

Digital Savvy: You’re comfortable with social media platforms and email marketing tools, and you have an eye for engaging content.

As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a talented Lead Graphic Designer to spearhead our visual identity. This role is crucial in creating engaging social media content, email marketing materials, and event visuals, with opportunities to contribute to our digital platform’s UX design. We need someone fast, adaptable, and ready to take our brand to the next level.
The Role:
The Lead Graphic Designer will take charge of producing high-quality visual assets for Monday Girl's social platforms, email campaigns, and partnerships. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll have creative control while also ensuring consistency with our brand identity. While UX design is a bonus, it’s not required—what matters most is your ability to execute top-tier visual design efficiently.
Visual Design Leadership: Create compelling, on-brand visuals for social media, email templates (Mailchimp), and events. Expect quick turnarounds and iteration.
(Optional) UX Contribution: Collaborate on enhancing the Monday Girl dashboard and user experience, ensuring our platform is intuitive and visually engaging.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and elevate Monday Girl’s visual identity across all channels, ensuring cohesive design.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and partnerships teams to deliver impactful design that supports our strategic goals.
Adaptability & Speed: Quickly iterate on feedback and adapt designs to meet tight deadlines.
Experience: 5+ years in graphic design with a strong portfolio in social media, email templates, and event marketing. UX design experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with UX tools like Figma or Sketch is a bonus.
Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, adaptability, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
