Location: Hybrid (Toronto) While much of the role can be completed remotely, you’ll be required to commute for in-person programming and meetings in Toronto.
Compensation: $18–$25 CAD/hour, depending on experience.

With a presence in key cities like Toronto, NYC, Chicago, and San Francisco, we’re reimagining what it means to network and succeed in today’s professional landscape.
We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development & Partnerships Intern to join our team starting as soon as May 26, 2025. If you’re passionate about building relationships, organizing events, and creating impactful experiences, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a fast-growing brand.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Monday Girl team to spearhead venue outreach, develop partnerships, and execute unforgettable events. The role requires outreach, pitching, and calls with potential partners as well as commuting and attending in-person programming in Toronto.
1. Venue Prospecting & Outreach
Research and cold-call trendy venues and spaces in Toronto, NYC, Chicago, and San Francisco to identify partnership opportunities for co-branded events, programming, and exclusive member discounts.
Conduct outreach and pitch to potential partners via email, calls, and meetings.
2. Partnership Proposals
Develop compelling partnership proposals tailored to venue and brand opportunities that align with Monday Girl’s mission.
3. Event Coordination
Assist with event logistics, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless execution of conferences and events.
Support the operations team in managing on-site details, including setup, troubleshooting, and member experience.
4. On-Site Support
Attend events in Toronto, assisting with on-the-ground coordination and capturing social content for promotions.
5. Creative Ideation
Brainstorm and develop innovative partnership opportunities and activations that enhance the Monday Girl experience.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Enthusiastic about networking, events, and brand collaborations.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiar with social media platforms.
Flexible and willing to commute to in-person programming in Toronto.
Resourceful, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Our extended audience reaches over 350,000 across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and email.
We’re growing quickly and looking for someone who understands how to build brand visibility through smart, video-led storytelling.
The Role: We’re hiring a Social Media Intern with a video-first mindset to lead short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.
You’ll work closely with our founders and content team to concept, shoot, edit, and publish platform-native video. The ideal candidate understands how to structure a hook, spot a trend early, and adapt content in a way that feels sharp, relevant, and true to the brand.
This role is hands-on. You should already be creating content, understand how the algorithm moves, and know how to deliver something that feels both timely and editorial.
Pitch and create 3 to 5 short-form videos per week
Film and edit vertical video using CapCut, InShot, or native tools
Write concise, clear post copy that reflects our tone and audience
Capture BTS and member moments at select Toronto events
Help manage replies and DMs across social platforms
Track performance and recommend weekly adjustments
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a post-secondary program in media, business, communications, PR, marketing, or video production
You already create short-form video content consistently
You know how to structure a strong hook and keep attention
You have great editing instincts and understand pacing
You know what feels visually aligned with a modern brand
You’re organized, proactive, and can manage your own timelines
You’re based in Toronto and able to attend in-person shoots when needed

Assignment (Required)
Submit one original short-form video made specifically for Monday Girl.
Max 60 seconds
Film and edit in whatever format you prefer
The concept is up to you: BTS, POV, trend, cultural moment, etc.
The video should feel like something we would actually post
Please don’t send a slideshow or a generic event recap.
We’re looking for strong storytelling, editing instincts, and clear brand understanding.
