Membership Criteria.
Monday Girl Platinum brings together the senior women shaping companies, capital, and culture. This tier is intentionally designed for members with:
Tenure: 15+ years of senior leadership, operational ownership, or equivalent experience.
Impact: Roles with meaningful scope, P&L responsibility, team leadership, or organizational influence.
Influence: Advisory roles, board seats, public-facing expertise, notable networks, or sector-level visibility.
Platinum membership is not intended for those who:
Are seeking to sell or solicit business
Are early in their career
Do not yet have a demonstrated leadership trajectory
Are looking for a general-purpose networking group rather than a senior executive circle
Eligibility Categories
Applicants must meet the criteria in one or more of the following categories:
C-Suite & Equivalent
You qualify if you:
Hold a C-Suite, Partner, Founder, or equivalent title at an organization with 500+ employees
ORSit on the board of a publicly held or high-growth private company
ORServe as a key decision-maker with direct oversight of strategy, P&L, or organizational direction
Senior Executives & Operators
You qualify if you:
Hold a VP, SVP, EVP, GM, or Head of role at a mid-market to enterprise company
Lead teams with significant operational or strategic scope
Have 15+ years of senior-level experience with a clear leadership trajectory
To calibrate for seniority across company size, we consider:
Reporting level relative to the CEO
Team size (direct reports + their teams)
Scope of influence within the organization
Senior Directors at companies with 10,000+ employees are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Founders, Builders & Investors
You qualify if you are:
A Founder or CEO with $2M+ annual revenue, or
A Founder with meaningful venture funding or notable market traction
An independent operator, consultant, or fractional leader whose past roles include VP+ or CXO at recognized companies
An investor, advisor, or operator with a substantive portfolio or influence in deal flow, allocation, or company-building
Title evaluation varies by industry, scale, and geography.
