Summit Scholarship Details
The Toronto Tempo is proud to support five (5) deserving recipients with a Scholarship funded ticket for the 2025 Monday Girl Toronto Summit.

This Scholarship provides recipients the opportunity to network with Canada’s most influential women leaders from a diverse range of industries.
Who Should Apply?
Five (5) recipients will receive a fully covered ticket sponsored by the Toronto Tempo to the 2025 Monday Girl Summit. Here are the Scholarship Program criteria (2 or more must apply to you):
You are an identifying woman+ based in Canada at least 18 years old
You identify as a Black, Indigenous and/or Person of Colour
You are in your final year of post-secondary education or have recently graduated and are looking to find the right path and first step to your career
You have been in the workforce for 3+ years and you are looking to level up in your career and/or pivot your career direction
You are currently unemployed or were recently laid off
You are currently experiencing financial difficulty
*Deadline to apply: Wednesday, March 12th at 11:59PM ET
Please note: This scholarship covers a Summit ticket only. It does not include travel, lodging, or other expenses to attend the summit.
ABOUT THE TORONTO TEMPO
The WNBA's first Canadian team, The Toronto Tempo, is set to electrify the court in 2026 at Coca-Cola Coliseum. Leading the charge is General Manager Monica Wright Rogers, a two-time WNBA champion with the Minnesota Lynx. The scholarship covers a complimentary ticket to the 2025 Monday Girl Summit, sponsored by The Toronto Tempo. Travel and lodging are not included.

If you are selected as a scholarship recipient, we will refund your original ticket purchase.

Scholarship recipients will be notified via email on March 14, 2025.

Five (5) recipients will receive a fully covered ticket to the 2025 Monday Girl Summit. To be eligible, you must meet at least two (2) of the following criteria:
You are an identifying woman+ based in Canada and at least 18 years old
You identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or a Person of Colour (BIPOC)
You are in your final year of post-secondary education or recently graduated and navigating your early career
You have 3+ years of work experience and are looking to level up or pivot in your career
You are currently unemployed or have been recently laid off
You are experiencing financial difficulty

Monday Girl is a community of ambitious, forward-thinking women+ dedicated to professional growth and empowerment. Scholarship applications will be reviewed by a panel of Monday Girl founders, mentors, senior leaders from The Toronto Tempo team, and industry professionals.
Applications will be evaluated based on:
Quality and Thoughtfulness of Application (65%)
Initiative, Personal Mission, and Values (30%)
Engagement with the Monday Girl Community (5%)
All decisions are final and subjective. No purchase is necessary to apply or receive a scholarship.
