Event Participation
By registering for and attending the Monday Girl Toronto Summit (the “Event”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), along with any instructions provided by Monday Girl staff, venue staff, and security personnel. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Monday Girl and supersede any prior agreements or communications, whether written or verbal. Monday Girl reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who fails to comply with these Terms or engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour.
Changes to Terms or Event
Monday Girl reserves the right to amend these Terms or make changes to the Event, including the date, location, format, speakers, or agenda, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Use of Photography & Filming
The Event will be recorded, filmed, and photographed. By attending, you grant Monday Girl and its affiliates the unrestricted right to use your image, voice, and likeness for promotional, commercial, and editorial purposes in any media format now known or developed in the future, without compensation. This includes live streams, videos, social media, websites, marketing materials, and related content. You waive any rights of inspection or approval.
Liability
By attending the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless Monday Girl, its affiliates, sponsors, contractors, and the venue (Fairmont Royal York), from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages, whether to person or property, arising from or in connection with your participation in the Event, to the fullest extent permitted under Ontario law.
Health & Safety Compliance
Attendees must comply with all applicable health and safety laws, regulations, and public health guidelines issued by the Province of Ontario, the City of Toronto, Toronto Public Health, and venue policies. Monday Girl reserves the right to implement additional safety protocols if necessary. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund.
Code of Conduct
Monday Girl is committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, aggressive behavior, or any conduct that causes discomfort or disruption will not be tolerated. Violators may be removed from the Event without refund and may be banned from future events.
Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. In the event of cancellation or postponement, Monday Girl will provide further instructions regarding possible refunds or credits.
Data Sharing & Privacy
By registering for or attending the Event, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by Monday Girl and authorized Event partners for event administration, attendee communications, and marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
You may withdraw consent to receive marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in communications. Please refer to Monday Girl’s Privacy Policy for additional information regarding data handling and protection practices.
Intellectual Property
All materials created at or in relation to the Event, including photographs, recordings, branding, and promotional assets, are the intellectual property of Monday Girl. You agree not to reproduce or repurpose this content without express written consent. Any content featuring your likeness will be owned by Monday Girl, and you waive all rights to royalties or approval.
Force Majeure
Monday Girl shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations if the Event is impacted by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to public health emergencies, government restrictions, labour disputes, venue closures, or other unforeseen events.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Event shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

By registering for or attending the Monday Girl Toronto Summit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
