Monday Girl SF 2026 Summit Volunteer Terms & Conditions

By participating as a volunteer in the Monday Girl Summit on Friday, October 23rd, 2026 at The Wilsey Center, 401 VAN NESS AVE, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94102, United States, you acknowledge that your role is voluntary and unpaid, and you agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

  • You understand that volunteering may involve some risk, including physical tasks like lifting, carrying, and setting up booths, and possible exposure to health or safety hazards.

  • You choose to take on these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Monday Girl Ltd. and its officers, employees, sponsors, venue partners, and affiliates from liability for any injury, illness, or property damage that happens during your volunteer duties, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

2. Health and Safety Compliance

  • Monday Girl Ltd. does not provide health or accident insurance for volunteers. You are responsible for your own medical coverage and any treatment you may need.

  • You agree to follow all safety instructions from event organizers and venue staff. If anything might affect your ability to do a task safely, please let us know ahead of time so we can adjust your role. You only need to share what's relevant to your duties, and we'll keep it confidential and use it only to support your safety.

3. Confidentiality and Media Release

  • You agree not to share confidential information you learn while volunteering, including speaker, sponsor, or attendee details, event plans, or other private business information.

  • You give Monday Girl Ltd. permission to use photos, video, and other media of you taken at the event, including your name and likeness, for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes, without compensation.

  • If you'd prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify the team before the event. We'll do our best to keep you out of shots, but we can't guarantee you won't appear in the background of group or crowd photos.

4. Volunteer Expectations

  • Your role is unpaid and does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with Monday Girl Ltd.

  • You agree to arrive on time, complete the tasks assigned to you, and treat everyone at the event with respect. Harassment or discrimination of any kind won't be tolerated, and organizers may ask anyone who doesn't follow these expectations to leave.

  • If you can't make your shift or have concerns during the event, please tell the event organizers as soon as you can.
