Monday Girl NYC 2026 Summit Volunteer Terms & Conditions

By participating as a volunteer in the Monday Girl Summit on Saturday, April 25th, 2026 at The Times Center, 242 W 41st St, New York, NY 10036, United States, you acknowledge that your role is voluntary and unpaid, and you agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

  • You understand that participating in volunteer activities may involve certain risks, including physical activities (e.g., lifting, setting up booths), and potential exposure to health or safety hazards.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks and agree that Monday Girl Ltd., its officers, employees, sponsors, or affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, or damage that may occur during your volunteer duties, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

2. Medical and Safety Compliance

  • You acknowledge that Monday Girl does not provide health or accident insurance for volunteers, and you are responsible for any medical treatment needed.

  • You agree to follow all safety protocols, including any health guidelines, and will notify event organizers if you have any physical limitations or medical conditions affecting your participation.

3. Confidentiality and Media Release

  • You agree not to disclose any confidential or sensitive information (such as speaker, sponsor, or attendee details) that you may access during the event.

  • You voluntarily grant Monday Girl Ltd. the right to use photographs or videos in which you appear, taken during the event, for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to use on our website, social media channels, email communications, and print materials. This consent is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of your participation as a volunteer. You may withdraw this consent at any time by providing written notice to Monday Girl Ltd., though withdrawal will not affect any use of content made prior to that notice.

4. Volunteer Expectations

  • You understand that your role as a volunteer does not create an employment relationship and that your participation is for personal or educational benefit only.

  • You agree to arrive on time for your volunteer duties and perform the tasks assigned to you.
